Classroom Organization and Management Program (COMP)

Looking for a common sense approach to effective classroom management?

Offered through Vanderbilt University, the Classroom Organization and Management Program (COMP) is a research-based professional development program that can help you learn to create and manage an effective learning environment in your classroom. Throughout the U.S. and internationally, COMP conducts year-round teacher workshops. Each of these focuses on the ideal conditions for learning, allowing teachers to ultimately foster student achievement and reduce discipline problems

COMP's goal is to help teachers improve their overall instructional and behavioral management skills through planning, implementing, and maintaining effective classroom practices.
