Catapult Learning is a proud sponsor of the FASFEPA (Florida Association of State and Federal Education Program Administrators) and ECTAC (East Coast Technical Assistance Center) Spring Technical Assistance Forum from May 11−13, 2016, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL. The primary focus of the forum is to provide federal program administrators and key staff with technical assistance on the implementation of Title I, Title II, Title III, Title VI and Title X. The agenda will be a blend of general and breakout sessions, with the breakout sessions emphasizing the 2015−2016 project applications and technical assistance.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Tammy Pawloski, Professor of Education and Director of the Center of Excellence to Prepare Teachers of Children of Poverty at Francis Marion University. She has led more than 400 professional learning events for teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders. Dr. Pawloski understands the challenges and opportunities of teaching, and has devoted the last ten years to the study of children of poverty—why they struggle and which strategies have the greatest impact.
