March 19, 2018, Camden, New Jersey – Catapult Learning recently welcomed David Lieberman, Ph.D., to speak to over 100 school principals and administrators in Lakewood, New Jersey. The event was held on Thursday, March 15, at Lake Terrace Hall in Lakewood.
Dr. Lieberman’s presentation, “All in a Day’s Work: Acknowledgement. Insight. Strategy.” focused on school leadership, acknowledging principals’ sometimes-overlooked successes as well as providing insight and strategies to address the issues and topics that challenge school leaders. The two-hour presentation highlighted topics that included managing difficult conversations with staff, recognizing & preventing burnout, crisis intervention, and more.
