Senior Skyler A. has been working hard over the past few weeks in his Physics class. The class has been constructing vehicles for a race, and Skyler created a mousetrap race car as his entry with help from Meghan, one of our assistant teachers. Skyler had moments of frustration where he didn’t want to complete the project, or doubted his car’s abilities, but he stuck with it showing how he has grown in his confidence and perseverance over his years in High Road. When it was time to race, his car placed 2nd out of 8 teams. We were all very proud of his hard work, as was Skyler himself. Nice job, Skyler!
