Effective, Inquiry-Based STEM, Powered by the Engineering Design Process

Engineering bridges all STEM disciplines and provides students with authentic opportunities to engage in meaningful problem solving. In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will learn how to design and implement effective STEM instruction informed by the Engineering Design Process. They will also examine how to facilitate inquiry-based lessons that hone key skills, including the habits of mind, students needs to succeed in the 21^st century, and apply their new learning to reflect on specific ways to infuse STEM principles in their specific content areas, whether they teach in STEM-related fields or in the humanities.
