During health classes, students have the opportunity to explore a variety of topics that encompass health of both mind and body. During September, students were able to give yoga a try to promote relaxation and self-control. Also hesitant at first, students really got into it, some even admitting they felt relaxed! Staff also joined in on the fun, allowing everyone to tackle the rest of the day relaxed and rejuvenated!
