At Sierra School, blue is the highest level a student can be on. This means they have met their personal goal as well as followed directions, remained on task, and been respectful to peers and staff amongst other things. After being on blue level for 20 consistent days, students earn what is called a “blue mountain” where they can choose from a variety of activities such as a trip to a local eatery, a picnic, a special activity with a preferred staff, or something else they have earned. Bobby and Quest both earned their blue mountain on the same day and decided to go together with their teacher to a local restaurant. Their teacher surprised them in the morning with all blue decorations and a cinnamon roll for their hard work and amazing accomplishments. Great job students!
