EANS II is the second round of $2.75 billion in federal Emergency Assistance to Non-public Schools, as provided by the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act (March 2021). Under EANS II, a State Education Agency (SEA) provides services or assistance to non-public schools that enroll a significant number of students from low-income households AND that were most impacted by COVID-19.
On July 9, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education released:
• the application for state Governors to apply for EANS II and
• final requirements regarding the implementation of EANS.
Watch our webinar where we will discuss EANS II timelines, eligibility requirements, and allowable uses.
