Making time for whatever brings you joy has never been more important. Join us as we explore ways to find joy during challenging times, including bringing joy back to learning. During this webinar we will go into detail about how to enhance and protect our mental health, even though many of us may be mired in the stresses in the day. Finding joy can be beneficial for not only emotional and mental health, but physical health as well. Joy can sharpen our minds! It’s important to make these moments happy ones and to make joy a priority. We will describe the concrete scientific reasoning behind the popular saying- “Laughter is the best medicine,” and how joy can help educators, parents, and students alike change behavior in a positive way. We are reminded that children have an instinct to find joy and make the best of situations.

“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy.” – Albert Einstein
