The theme of the 43rd annual PAFPC conference is Training to Get Results with Legal Federal Programs. This theme reflects the intentions of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, The United States Department of Education, and the Pennsylvania Association of Federal Program Coordinators. The expectation is that this conference will encourage districts and schools’ staff and parents to share compliant use of funds to implement programs and practices that result in improved learning and student achievement. The conference will provide the necessary training and technical assistance for educational entities and parents to effectively implement programs during the transition from the No Child Left Behind Act to the new Elementary and Secondary Elementary Education Act.
