Catapult Learning Principal Seminar Featured The Breakthrough Coach’s Malachi Pancoast
April 5, 2016, Camden, New Jersey – Catapult Learning recently welcomed Malachi Pancoast, President of The Breakthrough Coach, to speak to Lakewood, New Jersey, principals and administrators. The event was held on Wednesday, March 30, at Lake Terrace Hall in Lakewood.
Mr. Pancoast’s presentation, “How to Work Less, Produce More, and Still Get the Job Done,” focused on redefining the role of principal as School Manager. The enthusiasm of the audience, including numerous requests for more training, is testimony to the effectiveness of The Breakthrough Coach program.
The Breakthrough Coach has helped thousands of educational leaders worldwide get into classrooms regularly to guide and support teachers so that students receive quality instruction. At the same time, these leaders have been able to dramatically reduce their workloads by 15–20 hours every week.
In addition to Mr. Pancoast’s presentation, schools attending the two-hour seminar on March 30 had the opportunity to view Catapult Learning as the premier educational leader in Lakewood. A beautiful educational display was set up exhibiting the wealth of resources as well as educational talent provided by Catapult Learning to Lakewood’s schools.
