Each year we host a Thanksgiving Feast for our students and families. This is our biggest event of the year. We are very fortunate to have Mission Trails Church Volunteers who cook, prepare and serve all the turkeys for our feast. Our students spend time earlier that morning with staff and their classmates preparing all the side dishes and decorating before the festivities begin. The room was filled with laughter, smiles, poem readings and lots of good food. It was another successful FEAST! Visit our website to learn more about Springall Academy [...]
The San Carlos Fire Station came to visit Springall with a crew and fire truck for Fire Safety Week in October! The first visit ended briefly, since the crew was called away for an emergency, but luckily was able to return to finish the presentation. Students learned the different roles each crew member has, discussed the different components and gear on the fire truck, and saw a team member in full gear!
We had our first Halloween celebration. Students were able to bring costumes and dress up at the end of the day for our Halloween party. Costumes, music, and food were enjoyed by all students and staff. Visit our website to learn more about Springall Academy
