Effective In-District Classroom Model
Meets District Needs for Special Education Programming
Catapult Learning’s In-District Classroom (IDC) program offers school districts a cost-effective and flexible option to meet the needs of special education students. Housed inside a public school building, the IDC provides programming for a range of special education needs. The stand-alone classroom is designed to be a preventative measure. The goal is to teach our students the academic and behavioral tools to navigate and be successful in a general education setting, thereby reducing/eliminating the need for a more restrictive future placement.
Our IDC model offers districts the decision-making power and oversight regarding student participation and transparent ability to view the program in action, while enabling Catapult Learning to use its experience and expertise to effectively educate and support the needs of the special education students in the program.
