Our new STEM curriculum is based on the engineering design process and leverages our 40+ years of experience working with over 500 school districts across the country. Our supplemental STEM curriculum is modular in design, able to be implemented:

  • Up to 40 hours of inquiry- and project-based learning
  • Can be implemented as:
    • An after-school program
    • Through a pull-out model during the school day

To ensure an efficient implementation and integration with your school curriculum, our STEM program is turnkey, including a proprietary curriculum created by our team of academic experts. Lesson materials are included to complement our engaging activities while trained instructors lead the program. Professional development programs focused on research-based STEM instructional practices are also available to build the capacity of your school teachers and leaders.

Based on the Engineering Design Process

Our STEM curriculum is based on the Engineering Design Process – focusing on building students’ critical- thinking, literacy, and problem-solving skills. Skills developed through STEM lessons will be applied across academic disciplines and activities will help students connect classroom learning to real-world application.

How can you fund a STEM program?

There are a range of options for funding STEM programs. There are common funding sources used by our school and district partners.

Improves the academic achievement of struggling learners through ensuring students receive a fair, equitable, high-quality education – including effective, supplemental instruction for eligible students and professional development for their teachers.

Prepares, trains, and recruits high-quality teachers, principals, and other school leaders. Title IIA – Supporting Effective Instruction – covers professional development resources for your instructional staff.

Promotes the use of technology, STEM/STEAM programming, workforce development programs, and more.

Privately funded STEM initiatives are available to encourage STEM field exploration.

District technology, professional development, and career readiness budget resources are applicable to STEM programs.

Some states have STEM-specific initiatives to encourage science, technology, engineering, and math skill development.
