Thank you for registering your child(ren) for the 2020 NYC Summer Journey ELY Program. We need just a few more pieces of information to assign your child to a virtual session.

1. Parents have the choice between a morning session from 9am-12 pm or an afternoon session from 1pm-4pm. Please indicate for each child listed below which session you would like them to attend. We are able to accommodate some scheduling flexibility if a problem arises.
2. If there any children who will no longer be attending please select “Withdraw Registration” in the drop-down next to their name.
3. We will be mailing a summer kit for each student that contains all materials needed for this program. Please fill-in the best mailing address in the section below.
