Sierra Strong is a morning exercise program focusing on getting ready for the school day by participating in energizing activities that will help to maintain focus, and attention to the ​task. Participating in Sierra Strong helps us to have a strong body and strong mind. Below is the schedule of events that happen daily from 8:30am-9am:

Monday: Marathon Monday
Tuesday: Foundational gross motor skills
Wednesday: Yoga
Thursday: Circuit training- strength conditioning core bilateral integration
Friday: Games and cooperative play and sportsmanship
