Catapult Learning Partners with Jenna Mancini Rufo to Promote Inclusive Education
PHILADELPHIA, April 25, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Catapult Learning, a provider of instructional services for students and professional development solutions for teachers, announced a partnership with Jenna Mancini Rufo, Ed.D., an expert in inclusive practices and author of Reimagining Special Education. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, 64.8% of students with disabilities spend more than 80% of their time in general education classrooms—a number that has doubled in recent decades. Yet, only 17% of general education teachers feel “very well prepared” to teach children with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
