Experienced teacher and education strategist will lead partnership development and expansion strategy to increase nationwide access to high-quality, student-centered services

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 10, 2026 Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom that provides academic intervention programs for students and professional development solutions for teachers in K-12 schools, today announced the hiring of Peter LaCasse as senior vice president of growth. He will oversee partnership development and expansion strategy, with a focus on increasing nationwide access to high-quality, student-centered services.

LaCasse brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across strategy, product, and operations in education. Prior to joining Catapult Learning, he served as chief product officer and then chief strategy officer at Carnegie Learning, where he and his teams drove growth by shaping corporate strategy, guiding sales efforts, leading product development, and building strong partnerships with state, district, and philanthropic leaders. LaCasse will report to Rob Klapper, president of School Solutions at FullBloom.

“We’re very excited to have Peter join our organization,” said Klapper. “His focus on educators and students, impressive leadership background, and demonstrated success in driving initiatives that lead to student success and business growth align with Catapult’s purpose: to create brighter futures for children, no matter the learning barriers or challenges they face.”

LaCasse began his career as an educator, teaching in schools across Massachusetts, California, and Maine. That experience continues to inform his mission-driven approach to leadership. He has also worked as a strategy consultant serving education, biotech, and government organizations.

“As a former teacher, I know the power of providing the right support at the right time, so I’m honored to join the passionate and mission-driven team at Catapult Learning,” said LaCasse. “Sustainable growth starts with listening to the needs of those we serve. By building strong partnerships around what educators and students need most and investing in evidence‑based programs, we can broaden our impact and improve outcomes at scale.”

LaCasse holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree from Bates College, where he studied history and economics.
