Heather Howell is a Research Scientist specializing in teacher content knowledge for teaching and teacher learning of educational practices. With a PhD in Teaching and Learning from NYU, Heather has extensive experience in mentoring math teachers and leading NSF-funded grants focusing on teacher learning through digital simulations.
