The partnership began in the 2020-21 school year with foundational workshops and rapidly expanded into a comprehensive support system. Over the past several years, the collaboration between Epiphany and Catapult has deepened, evolving into a seamless extension of the school’s instructional team.

Dedicated PD coaches provide individualized support, modeled lessons, and co-teaching.

PDNow:

24/7 access to 65+ on-demand courses, a rich resource library, and a vibrant learning community—maximizing PD value anytime, anywhere.

This blended approach gave educators access to immediate, job-embedded support and flexible, self-paced development.

The Impact

What began as a series of workshops has grown into a trusted, multi-year partnership rooted in collaboration, consistency, and shared goals. Through Title I funding, Epiphany Catholic School has built a professional development model that empowers its educators and strengthens student learning.

Epiphany’s investment in professional development has directly improved student outcomes. From 2024 to 2025, TerraNova scores increased across all subtests in grades 5 and 6, with significant reading gains in grades 3 and 4.

Educators at Epiphany completed over 95 PDNow courses, with 99% reporting confidence in applying new knowledge and skills in the classroom.
