As the Women Leading Education Summit comes to a close, I want to end the same way I began—with gratitude.

Gratitude for the opportunity to spend these past few days surrounded by incredible, powerful women who are making a difference every single day in the lives of students, educators, and communities. Their stories, their leadership, and their unwavering commitment to their mission have been both inspiring and grounding.

I leave this conference not only more confident, but even more passionate and driven in my work. There is something powerful about being in a space that both affirms what you do and challenges you to do it even better.

Grateful for the learning, the connections, and the reminder that this work matters.
