Support That Schools Can Actually Implement

Certified educators, coaching, and scheduling support that take real work off teachers’ and administrators’ plates, not add to it.

Intervention That Fits Existing Systems

Intervention that fits inside your MTSS, AIS, and school-day structures and not another initiative piled on top.

High-Impact Tutoring Backed by Research and Results

New York leaders aren’t looking for one more program to manage. They need something that fits the school day, connects to classroom instruction, and actually moves the needle for students.

ESSA Tier 2 & 3 Validated

Our program meets ESSA Tier 2 and Tier 3 evidence standards, which means there’s real data behind what we do, not just a claim.

NSSA Tutoring Program Design Badge

Stanford’s NSSA recognized our tutoring program design for meeting research-based standards around tutor quality, dosage, and how we use data.

How We Support New York Schools

Most districts we talk to want the same thing: stronger outcomes for students without piling more on their principals, teachers, and central office staff. That’s the space Catapult Learning works in — helping districts support students, sharpen instruction, and run intervention programs that actually connect to what’s already happening in classrooms.

Partnerships Across New York

We work with schools and districts across New York — from NYC to rural districts to BOCES networks. What we build together is shaped by local needs, existing relationships, and what implementation actually looks like on the ground.

New York City

Supporting school-level implementation, tutoring, coaching, instructional support, and operational consistency across complex school environments.

High-Need Districts

Supporting districts working to strengthen literacy growth, intervention delivery, MTSS execution, and measurable outcomes for students who need additional support.

BOCES and Regional Networks

BOCES are often where districts start the conversation: exploring options, comparing approaches, and finding funding. We’re comfortable in that environment, and we understand that the district and school still call the shots

Partnering with Catapult Learning

New York City is home base for us, not just a market. We’ve had an office in the city for decades and work inside some of its most complex school environments every day. Whether you’re a superintendent mapping out districtwide intervention, a curriculum leader working on literacy and math, a principal trying to get your teachers more support, or a BOCES leader pulling a regional conversation together, we can help you figure out what the right fit actually looks like.

Start with District Priorities

Every district comes to us with a different situation. We start by getting clear on your goals, your constraints, and which students need the most support.

Build Support Around Your Reality

From there, we design something that actually fits your instructional priorities, your staffing, your schedule.

Put a Plan Into Action

Our team stays involved through implementation, managing coordination and progress monitoring so the work holds up across schools.

Funding Pathways in New York

Catapult Learning services are eligible for a range of local, state, and federal funding. If you’re trying to sort out timelines or eligibility, we’ve done this before and can help.

We help districts use federal funding strategically — not just check a box. Our programs fit across Title I tutoring and family engagement, Title II professional development, Title III multilingual learner support, and Title IV whole-child initiatives.

Intervention, coaching, instructional support, and measurable improvement efforts for schools identified for additional support.

District funds, grants, foundation support, and BOCES-connected regional opportunities may also help support implementation.

What Student Growth Looked Like in Practice

At a mid-sized urban middle school in the Mid-Atlantic, only 1 in 5 students was reading at grade level when the year started. Catapult Learning came in with daily, 45-minute in-person tutoring. By mid-year, 100% of the lowest-performing readers had moved up at least one level. More than half of all participating students did.

New York Partnership FAQs

We partner with districts across New York to provide high-impact tutoring, intervention, coaching, professional learning, summer programs, and student support services. Our goal is to help districts strengthen outcomes while reducing the implementation burden on school and district teams.

Yes. Many districts are beginning to think about instructional coherence, student readiness, and implementation planning as NY Inspires moves forward. Catapult Learning can support those conversations through coaching, professional learning, intervention support, and district planning resources.

Portrait of a Graduate implementation often requires alignment across instruction, intervention, professional learning, and student support systems. We help districts strengthen those connections so planning can translate into classroom practice.

Our support is designed to reinforce classroom learning and fit within existing district goals, instructional frameworks, and MTSS structures. We focus on alignment rather than creating a separate initiative for schools to manage.

We provide ongoing progress monitoring and reporting that helps district leaders understand participation, implementation, and student outcomes. The goal is to give leaders clear information they can use in conversations with principals, boards, and community stakeholders.

We support a wide range of districts, including New York City schools, suburban systems, rural districts, high-need districts, and districts working closely with BOCES and regional partners.

Depending on the service, districts may be able to use Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, School Improvement funds, and other local, state, or federal funding sources. Our team can help districts explore potential funding pathways.
