There should be more experiences like this.

Women Leading Ed, and the opportunity made possible by Dr. Julia Rafal-Baer and Dr. Kyla Johnson-Trammell, along with the entire WLE team, set a high bar from the start. The way the conference was kicked off immediately created a tone of openness, connection, and engagement. It was clear this was intentional, and it made a difference.

Equally impactful was how the table groups were structured to drive meaningful learning and connection. We were placed in groups designed to explore key topics while gaining a deeper understanding of the roles we each hold. While our experiences varied, the environment made it easy to be open, and conversations quickly became honest, supportive, and solution-oriented.
