Rob Klapper
Rob Klapper joined FullBloom in October 2024 as President of the School Solutions Division. In this role, Rob leads key initiatives around contracting with public and private K-12 schools to deliver tailored programs aimed at helping students achieve sustained academic gains. He also focuses on expanding access to behavioral and emotional support in education, and driving greater professional development opportunities for teachers. Rob brings over three decades of experience in transforming organizations and fostering innovation across various industries. Prior to joining FullBloom, Rob served as CEO of Zollege, a healthcare career school, where he led a transformation resulting in drastic improvements in the student graduation rate and job placement rate for students earning healthcare-related certifications. Prior to Zollege, Rob led growth initiatives for several other education and technology firms serving as CEO of Empowered Education, President and CEO of Ashworth College, President and CEO of Insurance.com, and President and CEO of One Day University. Rob is also a founding member of Junior Achievement’s (JA) Global Advisory Council. JA is a leading global NGO that creates, develops, and implements hands-on educational programs and experiences related to entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy, serving over 15 million young people annually. Currently residing in San Francisco, CA, Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Franklin & Marshall College, and later went on to earn his M.B.A with a concentration in Marketing from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Michal Kisilevitz

Michal Kisilevitz
Michal Kisilevitz joined FullBloom in May 2016 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations. Prior to joining FullBloom, Michal was the Executive Director, Joint Venture Advisory Group, at Water Street Partners, where she was also a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership team. Her work at Water Street included advising executives on governance, strategy, organization and other business challenges, as well as leading the firm’s membership business, where she spearheaded efforts to grow its member base. Prior to Water Street Partners, Michal was a Managing Director at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), where her advisory work focused on Human Resources, compensation, and benefits. She managed two businesses at the Board, significantly growing the company’s benefits and compensation businesses. She came to the CEB from McKinsey & Company, where she was an Associate Principal primarily advising financial institutions on organizational performance and effectiveness challenges. Michal holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ellen McGahey
Territory Vice President, Midwest
Ellen McGahey
Ellen McGahey is Catapult Learning’s Territory Vice President for the Midwest territory and provides operational oversight and leadership for all Catapult Learning programs delivered in the region. Ellen joined Catapult in 2006 as a Title I teacher and has held various leadership roles in the Midwest and on a national level since. Prior to joining the Catapult Team, Ellen was a teacher and curriculum developer at a school in the Archdiocese of Detroit. She has over two decades of experience providing thought leadership, program development, and support to school administrators as they work to provide critical support services to their staff and students. Ellen received her bachelor’s degree in education from Wayne State University, Detroit and her master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
