Black Professional Growth Network (BPGN) is an Employee Resource Group whose mission is to support diversity, equity, and inclusion at Catapult Learning by creating opportunities that foster the professional and personal growth of Black employees and supporting talent attraction efforts by Catapult Learning. Membership in BPGN is open to all employees, regardless of race. Diverse participation is essential to our mission.

PRISM Alliance Growth Network LGBTQ+ creates opportunities that foster the professional and personal growth of LGBTQIA+ employees and supports talent attraction efforts by Catapult Learning. PRISM Alliance LGBTQ+ seeks to clearly define allyship in the LGBTQIA+ community and in our work and provide opportunities for team members to develop and grow with LGBTQIA+ knowledge. Membership is open to all employees, regardless of sexuality, sexual orientation, or gender identity/expression.
