Balancing academics with behavioral challenges and classroom management—particularly with varying levels of educator experience—is challenging and constantly evolving. But our comprehensive program design is built for exactly these dynamics because we bring every aspect of education into focus.

Based on the 2022 Catapult Learning End of School Year Leader & Educator Survey, 92% of educators agree that the learning objectives and content they received this year are valuable to their professional learning; 95% of educators said they were committed to applying what they learned in the program to their instructional planning and delivery; 97% of participating K-12 educators are satisfied with the overall program; and 100% of leadership agree our coaches were experienced educators who support and encourage their teachers’ professional development. Additionally, a low-income elementary school in Volusia County, Florida, demonstrated 85% of students reading on grade level on the FCAT after the school implemented our Literacy First professional development; and a principal in Bronx, NY, reported an 81% drop in suspensions after just six months of Literacy First, indicating increased student engagement as well as a greater commitment on the part of teachers and school leaders.
