Meet our Associate Director

Richelle LaFage-Sutton, Associate Director of Education

Richelle Sutton joined Specialized Education Services, Inc. in August, 2014 and is currently the Associate Director of Education with High Road School of Delaware. She has served in numerous roles during her tenure with High Road School; including assistant teacher, medical technician, special education teacher, and transition coordinator.

Richelle Sutton’s educational experiences have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing academic achievement. Her educational philosophy is based on her uncompromising belief that all students can learn when given individualized academic and behavioral interventions, a structured and positive learning environment, strong leadership, and a balance of accountability and empathy.

Richelle Sutton has received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies, with a minor in Child Advocacy, from Wilmington University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Special Education.

In her free time, Richelle Sutton works with at-risk youth as a volunteer at Ranch Hope and acts as the Treasurer of the Salem County Ranch Hope Auxiliary
