Meet our Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Jean Rogers! Mrs. Rogers has been working at Sierra School since March of 2017. She started out as an Assistant Teacher before moving into​ her current role in August of the same year. Staff Spotlight – Lucy Maloney

Ms. Lucy Maloney started at Springall in Spring of 2018 as a San Diego State Volunteer (SDSU). She worked in our middle school classroom volunteering for a class she was taking at SDSU to complete her undergraduate degree. She was then hired on as a full-time employee in Fall of 2018 to work in our Junior High classroom. This year she is working in one of our high school classrooms. Ms. C was voted as our August Star of the Month. She joined our team last year and has had nothing but a positive attitude since starting with us. Mr. Glines and Ms. Degrate were voted as co-stars of the month at Sierra Marconi for the month of August. Mr. Glines is the teacher in Room 1 and Ms. Degrate is one of the Teaching assistants in Classroom 1. My staff of the month is Marlene Sanchez. Marlene exceeds expectations in all areas. She is punctual and has sustained an excellent attendance record since her first day of employment. She maintains accurate records of all students assigned to her. She takes initiative by offering assistance to teachers and peers. She demonstrates flexibility as Marlene is often asked to work in various classrooms as needed. Jeff Pincin, School Social Worker Jeff Pincin has been at High Road School of Delaware since summer 2018. Prior to joining the High Road School of Delaware team, Jeff Pincin worked as a mobile therapist with kids in foster care and at-risk families. Jeff Pincin earned his Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and a minor in music from Millersville University and his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University. Richelle LaFage-Sutton, Associate Director of Education Richelle Sutton joined Specialized Education Services, Inc. in August, 2014 and is currently the Associate Director of Education with High Road School of Delaware.
