Black History Month

For Black History month, the students did research on the famous person they were assigned. Each student had to look up important information about their person, including when and where they were born, important facts about their accomplishments, and their legacy.

The children really enjoyed doing this project, they learned so many new things about all these important people. Some of our students completed projects on people such as Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr, Muhammad Ali, Malcolm X, and Phyllis Wheatley!
