The next-generation assessment tool is one of ten finalists in the assessment solution category.
March 20, 2016, Camden, New Jersey – Catapult Learning, Inc. announced today that the company’s Evaluate™ benchmark assessment system has been selected as a finalist for the 2016 EdTech Digest Awards. The next-generation assessment system, which combines monthly benchmark assessments with comprehensive and easy-to-use reporting and analysis tools, is included in the award program’s Cool Tool Awards assessment solution category.
The Evaluate assessment system supports 76,000 students, grades K−11, in 185 schools throughout the country. Through its formative assessments, real-time reporting, and individual question analysis, Evaluate engages students in their own learning, guides teacher as they target instruction, and allows administrators to identify instructional areas in need of additional resources and support. Its newest features, designed specifically for Kindergarten and first-grade students, focus on audio and graphical elements to support emergent readers.
“We are thrilled with this recognition,” said Jeff Cohen, CEO of Catapult Learning, Inc. “Our Evaluate team has worked hard to improve and expand the system’s features and functionality, and our education partners have responded positively to these improvements.”
The annual EdTech Digest Awards Program features the best and brightest in edtech and seeks to highlight and celebrate the most effective products and the most innovative and inspiring people.
