Our student of the month for October is William! On his first day of school, William attempted to leave the classroom every single opportunity provided. When asked to conduct an academic task, William stepped away from his desk within 5 seconds and made his way towards the door. He required frequent walks around campus. Alex is one of our top 1:1 Aides. He’s genuinely caring towards all students. He is reliable as he shows to work promptly and consistently everyday. Alex remains calm during crisis situations. Scott was chosen for student of the month because Scott follows all directions and has not had any prompts in the past two weeks. Nashville native and devout mother of three, Ms. Hughes has gone above and beyond to make a positive impact on the students at High Road. Ms. Hughes joined our team in the second semester of last school year and was part of the instrumental team that turned the school around. Ms. Hughes spent the summer working diligently by painting, cleaning, and moving furniture to have our new building ready for the students on their first day.
