At our Findlay location, Ms. Karrah Windau has been named our new Associate Director! She has spent the last five years working in the Occupational Therapy Department as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has five years of experience working with the students at the school, as well as working with children with Autism and other special needs.

Her love for the students and passion for the school inspired her to apply for this new position allowing her to be more involved with other aspects of the school. Working closely with Findlay’s Program Director, Ashley Anton, a few of her responsibilities include supervising the Teacher Aides and students. Ms. Windau will focus on the student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) as well as assisting teachers in writing the new IEP’s and attending the yearly meetings with the Districts. Ms. Windau is excited to have the opportunity to set the students up for success through their IEP planning. She is from Carey, Ohio where she lives with her family, including her 6-year-old son, 1-year-old daughter, and kitten. She loves nature and enjoys spending a lot of her time outdoors with her family. She enjoys photography, crafting, and scrapbooking in her free time.
