Staff Spotlight: Jonique Andrews, District Teacher

Jonique Andrews began at Sierra School of Antioch as an assistant teacher and made the move last year to district teacher at our Sierra Fremont site in room 1. Mr. Andrews is a huge asset to our team and is always going above and beyond to support students in his classroom as well as other students on campus. He makes learning fun by incorporating hands-on​ activities in all subjects as well as setting up Nintendo Switch tournaments for the Fremont campus on Fun Fridays. He has a great personality and is always greeting visitors with a smile and a compliment. Not only does he focus on communicating with the Sierra team, but ensures that parents and service providers are all in on the communication to better support his students. Mr. Andrews is a teacher who truly cares about the growth and progress of his students and seeing them achieve success in his classroom and beyond it. Students and staff are lucky to have Mr. Andrews on our campus.
